Summary11919: checkbox looks wrong/can't be selected
Description

Checkboxes for multiple choice questions don’t appear on my screen. To them it looks like I can’t select an answer. Their system details are Windows 7 enterprise, using IE 11, Version 11.0.9600.18499 to access the survey. even though the checkbox looks wrong, it appears to be preparing the response correctly for submission back to the server.

Additional Information

Any fix? keep in mind i'm using the default template with an extra to codes only to get the radio buttons darker. that's all

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce the exact same configuration so there must be something wrong with your customization or your system.
