LS3.0 : yes maybe (and surely fix admin part after ...)

This jQuery issue is not affecting LimeSUrvey at all because we do not use jQuery in a way that is described in the original issue.

Also it is only fixed in jQuery 3.0 so lets get there, first.
However this will not be fixed in 2.06 LTS as the version jump in jQuery is too big and will break things.

@c_schmitz : for develop : you want a testing version with update to jquery 3 + jqueryui (at same time).

For public : think we use jqueryui ONLY for ranking
For admin : we needed it before for jqgrid, but not now ?

We must control usage of jqueryui ....

Denis, yes please update jQuery in the develop branch.

In the admin I think we still have some dialogs using jQuery UI dialog component but I am not sure. however these could be replaceed easily.

Public part don't use jquery-ui except for ranking. I see for another tool.

Set fixed : update is done.

But i find a way to have 2 different jquery according to debug.

Maybe with debug >=2 only
