Description

Decimal mark can not be updated

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new survey, add
Edit survey text and try to update Decimal mark

Additional Information

The input have a z-index to -1 , remove it : and it's OK

I have seen it before.
z-index:0 fixes the issue on ff and gc.
I have no idea about ie.
