Value are inside form-control-static class. We can use "form-control disabled" it's what i done at start.

I don't like to have different HTML for this 2 lines depend on slider or not. But if a lot of dev prefer

• like a (boostrap)label with slider
• like actually with input (i REALLY think it's better than a pseudo label : you enter a number : the result it's exactly upright other numbers)

Must have other dev opinion

For the sliders, I would put the total labels and values closer together and center them under the sliders.

Reduce space vertical and horizontal between total and remaining.
The labels nearer to the numbers and no complete row of space between total and remaining.

Then more like 2.5X (for HTML point of view ? Right ?

@tpartner : only with css (then HTML is same if we are in slider or not : more easy for workarounds) or different HTML ?

PS : quickly done 3 day ago, only css : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/580#issuecomment-258654821 (really quick)

Updated HTML : different HTML for slider of without.

Put prefix/suffix in hidden class : concept is totally different
Put whole part in the second column. Usage of css can be done to show different more easily.
