Summary	11858: When adding a new group In multi lingual : can not update other language
Description	Whan you add a group : if multilingual is set : the other language are not saved first time : you need to save it 2 times.
Steps To Reproduce	Import survey, Add a group Name : GROUPFR for 1st one GROUPEN for english Description : french and englis for secnd Save Look at descriuption and name : GROUPFR and French for english
Additional Information	If you don't save again : all new question created in this survey are broken too.
