Summary11834: Notification email sending fails with PHP error
Description

After upgrading from an older version of LimeSurvey, sending notification email on survey completion fails with the following PHP error:

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /survey/application/third_party/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php on line 1183

The survey responses are saved, but the notification emails are not being sent.
