Summary11793: Unable to reorder questions NEW BUG
Description

On latest release, a bug has been introduced that is stopping us from reordering questions.

When you click Save, you receive the error A session had already been started - ignoring session_start()

resolved by exporting to 2.06LTS reordering then reimporting

I have exactly the same issue. Running Version 2.54.2+161012 with a clean session.
