Summary	11708: Unvisible QUESTION_CODE
Description	After upgrade to 2.52+160920 I found an issue with show/hide question_code/question_number switcher. When 'show both' is selected works fine, but when 'show question code only' - nothing is visible. I use default template with no changes. Same with two surveys.

mfavetti 2016-09-26 21:55 developer ~40954	Confirmed "Show both" works, "Show question number only" works "Hide both" works but "Show question code only" shows nothing. I'm looking into this, will submit pull request soon
