The problem is probably no answers are recorded and put in database? Please try enclosed lss-file. |

The problem seems to be the use of CAPCHA. Turning this off makes a difference. |

I imported your survey and I was not able to reproduce the problem. |

Still problem here. When I turn on the CAPCHA answers are not stored in database. |

Updated to 160920 and not CAPCHA works again. I have no clue if some fix was made. |
