The text string "Estimated time for this survey" shoul have a dot after, as all other strings in this popup has got one. Legend on/off on the public survey list...

I disagree. The text is meant to explain the symbol.
The symbol shows the estimate time for a survey on hover, but nobody actively
'Estimated [the] time for this survey.' :-) so not havinga dot is fine as it is not a complete sentence

Yeah, but grammar trumps consistency in this case.
All the other symbols are status indicators, while the last one is an information symbol.
