| Description | I just want to reopen this bug : https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=9615 but when try to reopen : The action cannot be performed because issue "9615" is read-only. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Try to reopn a bug with my rights. Before we have too the read only system, but if i remind we can reopen closed bug (and it was the only way to add information to a closed bug) | ||||
