Summary11647: Can not use LANGUAGECHANGER inside a survey
Description

If you want LANGUAGECHANGER only in first group or only in welcome page : putting {LANGUAGECHANGER} inside the survey : it don't work. Even if you remove the LANGUAGECHANGER from startpage.pstpl in template

Steps To Reproduce

Import included survey, make a copy of default template, just remove LANGUAGECHANGER from startpage.pstpl

Additional Information

Origin is renaming the name of language changer.

For information : a lot of user ask to have languagechanger only in welcome page before : i have it in SkeletonQuest, it's one of ask user made it to me oin forum a lot .

For information : i didn't ask to allow multiple LANGUAGECHANGER . It's possible, but it's a feature request (we just have to don't give an id to the input id=>false for Yii CHtml).

And please : about no-js issue : when you just update a name, without understanding why it's this name. Another dev must fix again ....
