Summary11639: Bad design when using the function Copy conditions
Description

When using the Copy conditions function the target questions (you need to select) are too low on the page and partially cover by the left ribbon. See the attached screenshots. Tested on Mozilla and Chrome as well as several resolutions.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to copy an existing condition to other questions.

@olle, I attached the survey file. I tried again in MS Edge and experienced the same design glitch.
@c_schmitz, I use Version 2.51 160908 which appears to be the latest stable version (ComfortUpdate states "Up to date."). Nevertheless, I intend to try something else - I will setup a fresh installation of LS and see if this will solve the problem. I will write back tomorrow.

Yes, I can. I also installed a fresh copy of LS with a completely new database (Version 2.51.4+160908). The same problem appears again. Please see this short video of reproducing the issue:

I tested also on Opera 39.0.2256.71 and Safari 5.1.7. Same here too.
Tried it on my MS Surface Pro 3 which has way higher resolution - the issue appears again. I use Windows 10 on both configurations.
