Summary11594: No lines in CP table
Description

The Central Participants Panel lists the attributes. We list 17 of them. There are no visual elements (line or colour) on that screen to delineate lines and columns. So, if I scroll to the right to see the attributes it becomes impossible to follow what is going on.
There is an easy work-around by not reviewing things on that screen and using the "+" button for a participant. That doesn't address that the table as is is not really functional.

Steps To Reproduce

1 - add 17 attributes
2 - try viewing the right most column on screen and tell me what participant that was for
