Description

When you click the date picker under Publication & access control it cuts off the top off the calendar

Steps To Reproduce

Open Survey
Publication & access control
Select start or expiry date date epicker

I have tested this in firefox and the issues does not exist there.

I cannot reproduce this in IE 11 either. Probably a caching problem?
What admin theme are you using?

Time Picker needs to be near bottom of screen to force the calendar to open upwards.

The expiry date one does cut off the bottom of the calander but you can still select the dates needed.

I have uploaded a video showing the issue

Still can't reproduce it, sorry.
It must be something with your local installation because as you already found out it works in other browsers.
