Summary11548: Allow custom links in home page boxes
Description

Please allow creating a homepage box (at page ../index.php/admin/index) with a custom link to external ressources, eg. my own help page/wiki/manual.

At the moment (Version 2.50+ Build 160812) I can only link boxes to internal URLs.
