Summary11530: "Change the language" button appears on page load
Description

On a survey with different language support, a "Change the language" button appears for a second, next to the language changer dropdown menu. When it disappears, the layout "jumps".

Steps To Reproduce
  • Apply the "Default" theme to a survey
  • Add another language
  • Click "next" between questions / groups

-> "Change the language" button will appear and disappear
