| Summary | 11470: Setting Question To "Mandatory" after a publish deletes the "Other" answer option |

| Description | Setting a "List (Radio)", "List (DropDown)", and possibly others to "Mandatory" after the survey is published removes the "Other" answer option for users to choose. Even if you you change "Mandatory" back to off. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Import the attached Survey. Click on "Activate this survey" when in the survey. Go to edit for any question on the survey and change "Mandatory" on then save. Now when taking the survey you will not see the Other option. |
