Summary11462: placeholder are not reliable shown after self registration
Description

Expected behaviour:
token:firstname and token:lastname are used in the survey, but they do not show up in self registration sessions.

It works as expected with email invited participants.

Steps To Reproduce

Create survey text and questions that contain the token:... placeholders
Allow self registration for a survey
register and fill in the token fileds

look at the placeholders - but they will be empty

try the same with email invited participants

look at the placeholders - they are used as expected

I can not reproduce the error in the new build.
