Summary11444: Display of dual scale array questions in smartphone browser
Description

In Smartphone browsers the codes of the answer options (Aa, Ab,...) are displayed instead of the text (1, 2, 3...) as you can see in the attached survey for all dual scale array questions (for example question-ID 75, 125, 107, 134). I use an adapted template but the error persists when I change to the default template.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a dual scale array question in the default template and run the survey with any smartphone browser that is commonly used. Maybe a minimum amount of answer options and subquestions are necessary (My survey contains at least five answer options for each scale).
