Unable to edit token field of survey participant

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Create restricted access survey
2.- Create token
3.- Go to survey participant list
4.- Click on edit a token
5.- Modify token field
6.- Save

Result: Empty pop-up raises and "Save" buttons does nothing.
