Summary11424: ADMINNAME and ADMINEMAIL as token fields
Description

Allow ADMINNAME and ADMINEMAIL to be fields in the token table.
Or allow me to be able to pass attribute_1 and attribute_2 to those admin fields. Would love to be able to send a survey and have it appear it came from any number of senders.
