Summary	11423: Import/export a theme from Lime Survey 2.06lts to version 2.50+
Description	When I import a custom theme from versione 2.06lts to version 2.50+ of Lime Survey, I do not be able to see some pics, even if the .css code is correct and the pics were correctly imported.
Steps To Reproduce	1) export a custom theme from Lime Survey 2.06lts 2) import the theme to Lime Survey 2.50+ 3) go to "theme editor". In the preview you do not see the background and the heather images.
