Description

Limesurvey crashes after clicking the show participants button after importing a csv file into a token table.
The following error page is displayed:
Server error
CDbCommand failed on executing following SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'responses.token' in 'where clause'

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a new token table on survey (attachment)
  2. Import csv-file with firstname, lastname and email
  3. Click on Show participants

Further research points to the fact that the survey which produces the problem is a survey with the Anonymized responses setting set to 'Yes' in combination with a token table. When the survey is activated with Start date and Expiry date set, the token table is not accessible and the crash page is displayed when clicking on the show participants button. Doing the test with the Anonymized responses setting set to 'No' and the other parameters being exactly the same, the show participants button produces the participants/tokens table.

I'd like to add that importing the csv-file hasn't got anything to do with the problem. The problem persists when I create a paticipant manually in a new (blank) token table. It's the combination of a survey with Anonymized responses setting set to 'Yes' and a token table that causes the crash.
