You mean : its' always activated or never activated ? Because: can not reproduce
Remind the time : 2016-07-04 23:59:59 means actvated really only the 2016-07-05 |

I have taken acknowledge that the survey will activate the day after, according to your documentation. I have set a starting date from the field in the "publication and access control" menu. The value is correctly saved in database. Even the day after (it's been a week now), the survey will never get activated automatically. |

I'd say it's a server date problem. |

you should also check the apache date, the php.ini file, the LS setting for dates, etc. |

Yes i am actually using the 160517 build. I have checked your git repository to see if you fixed it in a more recent version but I couldn't find anything (or missed it). |

Please : give us more information .... You show an empty date : then there are no issue , whet do you have exactly for error .... |

I'll try to re-explain the problem clearly step by step : 1 / I create a survey and set a starting date as you can see in the access_control.jpg screenshot. 2 / The survey is created and the starting date is correctly save in the database. We can see it on the overall survey settings, as displayed in the survey_starting_date.jpg screenshot. 3 / The issue : the survey never starts automatically, even a day or two after the starting date. |

what do you mean by "starts automatically", ? IN fact : no user can enter in survey vefore activation date. ANd can enter after activation date. Can you send the screenshot of page produced after activatioin date when someone try to enter ? |
