Summary11403: problem to proceed in question with <video>
Description

With the button "Video" a mp4-Video was embedded.
And then there is the following problem:
the video is played, everythingseems to be fine, but...
Trying to proceed after having answered the question by clicking next there is the message

"Please use the LimeSurvey navigation buttons or index. It appears you attempted to use the browser back button to re-submit a page."

And the given answer disappears.
