Summary11379: Bug in the conditions editor
Description

For the test and cause what we believe to be a bug, we created two questions:

Q1: what is it white or black? with a single choice answers "White" or "Black".

Q1b "really white?" and which must be displayed only if the Q1 = White

We publish the Q1b by opening the sheet "previous question" + "Predefined" where we do not find the two "white" answers or "black". Then We use the sheet"constants" requesting Q1B display if "Previous Question" / sheet "Constants" and writing "White" in the field. We use the button "Add condition" to save the application. When saving, Lime ignores the question Q1, but indicates a condition as if we had gone on "participants attribute" sheet and chose the following condition, never requested Equation conditional filter: (( TOKEN: FIRSTNAME == "White" or TOKEN: FIRSTNAME == "White"))

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create Question 1 single choice
  2. Create Question 2 to be displayed or not following the answer at the first question
  3. Publishing of Q2
  4. open the condition editor
  5. create a display condition via the sheet "previous question" and look where our Q1 with two responses (we did not find) and that's why we went to the sheet "constants" and writing "White" in the filed
  6. After saving the condition is any reference to the participants attributes.

Can't reproduce the issue using (build 160606), after:

1) importing provided .lss sample file
2) removing condition
3) setting the condition again

The condition is correctly configurated and working:

Relevance equation: ((Q01.NAOK == "A1"))

There is no build 234765

What is your correct build?
What database do you use, what PHP version. There is a reason we ask all that information.

I can't answer to these questions because we are a marketing service and we don't know where to find this answer sorry. Our IT service can not be involved in this issue because has other priorities

We tried again following the process of ben. Same answer (below)

This problem is followed by another until 2 weeks and I'm afraid we do not find solutions. My team loses to much time with this new version. We search an other digital solution and pending this solution, we transmit our surveys to our external agency. It's a pity because we have trained several employees to use Lime just before the version completely changes and that nobody can today use it. In faint hope, you maybe have edited an updated userguide about the version 2.5?

Our last test:

Groupe de questions : GROUPE 1 (ID:276)
Code : Q01B : (Question optionnelle)
Question : Vraiment blanc ?
Aide :
Type : Zone de texte long
Obligatoire : Non
Équation du filtre conditionnel : ((TOKEN:FIRSTNAME == "A1"))

I am sorry but nobody can reproduce here. It most probably is an issue with your server setup.
However without any additional information we cannot investigate and since you expressed your disinterest in continue to use LimeSurvey I don't see any point in pursuing this further.
