Summary11368: RTL radio button is overlapping the text
Description

Radio buttons are positioned over the text, if it's longer than 5 characters, for Hebrew surveys

Steps To Reproduce

1- the survey - http://yuvalhadas.com/LimeSurvey/index.php/survey/index/sid/499492/newtest/Y/lang/he

2 - attached the lss file.

please check issue 11308 again. The feedback is updated - it is basically the same issue. RTL css templates are not loaded....
