Summary11345: Security Update warning after installing latest 2.06 LTS version
Description

I have just installed the latest 2.06 LTS version (build 160524) but see a Security Update warning pointing the a "new" build called "2.06LTS (160511) (stabil)".
This seems to be an error. There is no newer version and the suggested version uses an older build.

Security update warnings should only be shown if it affects the branch the user is currently on, unless the branch is not stable.

So don't show a warning for master branch if you are on 2.06lts.
