Summary11328: unable to select mandatory date field if the survey is viewed in Arabic Language
Description

A date field is set as mandatory field in my survey. If I select the language as Arabic, I am unable to submit the survey. There is no issue if the language selected is English.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. create as survey with language English and additional language Arabic
  2. Add a new question with question type as Date/Time
  3. Make the question mandatory.
  4. Publish the survey
  5. Take the survey, select date and submit the survey.
  6. error message is returned as this field is mandatory.
