Summary	11318: SMTP Debug Mode does not work.
Description	I changed "$ mail-> SMTPDebug" 2 ($ mail-> SMTPDebug = 2;) and nothing DEBUG appears on screen.
Steps To Reproduce	Open /application/config/email.php Change the value of $config['emailsmtpdebug'] = 0; into 1 or 2 Send a invitation or reminder.
Additional Information	I want to use the smtp debug mode because I have an SMTP Connect () Error when I send a invitation email or a reminder.

c_schmitz 2016-06-02 19:37 administrator ~39109	That file mirrors only the installation default. The setting should be changed in the administration UI (see Global settings) instead. Also please update to the latest build.
