Summary11315: When editing a questions there is no way to set conditions (bad GUI work-flow)
Description

I recently helped a very desperate user who was trying hard to add conditions to his questions using the condition editor but failed for the following reason:
When selecting a survey, clicking "list questions" and then clicking the edit icon, you can edit the question but besides the preview buttons there are no further question based features linked such as adding conditions, editing sub-questions, showing question logic file, ...
All icons available at the old LS 2.06 interface when editing a question (see screenshot) are missing and the user is kind of stuck.

BUT: When clicking the "View question summary" button at the "list questions" overview instead, those buttons are all there.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Select a survey.
  2. Click "List questions" on the left
  3. Click the "edit question" icon of any question

The button in question list is just a short cut to the edition.
There is also a link to question summary. I could remove the shortcut to question edition to make it more clear, but in the coming weeks, we're going to rewrite the question edition like in the tammo's mockups, having everything available in a single screen.
