Summary11290: Internal Server Error - No supperadmin user
Description

Hello,

Iam get a error after I have upgrad to Version 2.50+ Build 160523, from Version 2.50+ Build 160426.

When a user without a "Super Administrator" login and enters the "List surverys", Iam a error.

See image for more info.

The user as only "Create survey" permissions.

Need help.

Steps To Reproduce

Every time a No supperadmin user is enter "List surveys".
