Summary11263: Systemmigration 1.92 Question-Codes are not converted
Description

I migrate an old system 1.92 to 2.5.

It seems that surveys are not working corectly , you reach only the welcome screen. It's not possible to reach the next page.

After I made a copy of the survey, a list of changed question-id's was shown and the survey is working like expected.

We will not automatically touch codes on update.
Users should manually check their surveys after update - added a hint to the manual.
