Summary11222: Make registration email input type=email
Description

Currently, on the survey registration page the email input field has type=text. HTML5 supports type=email, which I think is <b>beneficial if people are registering on a mobile device, since then the keyboard will often display an @-sign and/or '.com' button</b>.
