Summary11221: Response filters cannot be opened after clicking view statistics
Description

After clicking "View Statistics" we cannot access directly the "Response filters" since it can't be clicked (tested in google chrome). We have to press either "Clear" or "Close" button in order to access the "Response filters", but it means that the condition we have specified in "Response filters" will reset.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to particular survey setting/configuration page
  2. Press "responses" button (responses & statistics)
  3. Press "statistics" button
  4. Specified any conditions in "response filters"
  5. Press "view statistics" button
  6. Try to click/press "response filters" (it doesn't work)
