1) CPDB attribute country with type drop-down added
2) Attribute set in token for registration page
3) on registration page option coming as text box only, not as drop-down.

On register form PHP file there is no code to support drop-down

This issue is still present in 5.x and also applies to the Additional Attributes screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Create myattribute in the CPD with type Date or Dropdown
2. In a survey create an additional attribute and map it to myattribute
3. In Edit Participant, Additional Attributes myattribute is shown as a text box

Also the documentation suggests that more types are planned - are they logged as planned features or should feature requests be raised for these?:
