| Summary | 11199: Date issues in token table |

| Description | After editing a line in the token management the completed timestamp gets truncated. The time is missing and the date format in the database is changed to my localization configuration (dd.mm.yyyy). |

| Steps To Reproduce |
- Add token entry
- Finish survey for this token entry
- Check token table in mysql database --> completed = '2016-05-17 11:25'
- Double click to edit fields in token management --> the "Completed?" field displays as '17.05.2016'
- Hit enter to save changes
- Check token table in mysql database --> completed = '17.05.2016'
- Double click to edit fields in token management --> the "Completed?" field displays as '17.05.2016'

| Additional Information | Why is the the field "Invitation sent?" displayed as "2016-05-11 14:03" and the field "Completed" as "11.05.2016" without time? This causes inconsistencies. Two different date formats plus once displayed with time and once without.
On a second note, my survey "Date format" is set to "dd.mm.yyyy". |
