Summary11198: question index in template, is not working
Description

if you activate "show question index" , the menu is shown, but the link in the menu are not working.

Survey-Mode: group by group

It comes from:

Survey Runtimehelper.php

protected function createIncrementalQuestionIndexMenu($LEMsessid, $surveyMode)

I think LimeExpressionManager::ProcessString is not working right at this place.
