Description

At my test survey I get the following warning when calling the "Multiple choice questions" group:

Notice: Undefined index: text_input_width in /var/www/vhosts/mysurveyhosting.com/httpdocs/ls250/application/helpers/qanda_helper.php on line 2640

Steps To Reproduce

Import the attached survey, run it and go to group "Notice: Undefined index: text_input_width in /var/www/vhosts/mysurveyhosting.com/httpdocs/ls250/application/helpers/qanda_helper.php on line 2640".
