Yes, I would like to customize the print version, by adding a logo, some colors, removing the question numbers, ...
The print_template.css associated with current theme is not use, default/print_template.css seems to be always used.

Please update to the latest build, first. Then report back which build you use and if you still have the issue.

I installed the latest build160512. The bug is still there. I guess I have to wait now the next release because I saw that olle has committed a fix.
