Summary11103: Design: Blacklist breaks gui consistancy
Description

From Central Participant database/panel, Blacklist: The screen differs too much compared to other screens. The Save button is in the bottom of the screen. Should be moved to the standard position.

The labels is placed above the select bowes. The standard in LS is to show labels to the left of the selector.

Another dismatch is the use of either on/off buttons and Yes/No from dropdowns. There should be one way to do this kind of choice, not two different methods/layouts.

This is by the way a problem in most screens under Central Participant database/panel, not only the Blacklist screen.
