Summary11034: No javascript warning is not viewable
Description

If you take the survey and javascript is deactivated : you don't see js warning

Steps To Reproduce

Deactivate javascript , launch a survey

Additional Information

With SkeletonQuest : i add the affix class only if js is activated , then no issue.

Even with broken js due to "browser security restriction" : there are a lot of company where all js is deactivated without "white listing".

Bank company for example.

It's not the window.alert ,
it 'the " Caution: JavaScript execution is disabled in your browser. You may not be able to answer all questions in this survey. Please, verify your browser parameters. " sentence.
