Summary11012: Delete Group button in group list view
Description

I cant seem to find the delete group button in List Groups view. I remember I saw a trash bin icon there yesterday before I upgraded to latest version today.

In addition. I would also put the Group action buttons that are in Group Summary view also to edit-group view. I would say Deleting a group is definitely an "edit" action rather than "summary" action.

You can only delete groups which have NO questions assigned to them. First delete the questions or move the questions to another group.
