Summary10996: Upgrade from 2.06 to 2.5
Description

Once database upgrade has completed most of the Global Settings are reset to default (eg. Admin Email, Site Name, languages, etc)

Steps To Reproduce

Create new instance of survey tool with new version
Connect to database from Version 2.06+ Build 160129 in config file
Open admin
Upgrade database

Additional Information

Not sure if this is supported yet but just wanted to bring it to your attention as this did not happen when I upgrade to January/February's version
