Summary10981: tmp/assets not reloaded well after emptying
Description

When I delete all files in that folder to reset cache, the limesurvey backend is broked, but not the surveys.

For example, bootstrap.min.css, bootstrap.min.js are not created in tmp/assets/xxxxxxx/

That problem appeared in 160414 I think and is still in 160418

Cannot reproduce in 160418. bootstrap.css is loaded. What exact error do you see? Please provide a screen-shot.

I tried, but it's not a browser problem.
For example, when I empty everything, limesurvey create the folders, but one of them is empty and should contain the js ans css for the backend.
I added another picture to show you what should contain this empty folder.

Upgrade your PHP version to 5.4, 5.5 or 5.6 and try again.

Ok I just found the problem..
My ftp was not showing hidden files so when I was deleting tmp/assets, some files was not deleted..
So, i'm sorry...

Oh, OK. Nevertheless, if you have further problems in the future, consider update your PHP version.
