Summary10976: Empty help string/info icon on numerical input with "integer only" constraint
Description

On Numerical Input question types, if the option "integer only" is selected, an "info" icon along with an empty string ( ) are shown in the question help. See attached LSS. This looks very confusing to a survey participant.

Additional Information

Does not seem to be template-specific; tested using default template as of 160418.
