Description

From back-office, Selecting a survey and Clicking on Responses > Data Entry screen generates a broken html page from where it is just impossible to do anything :

The screenshot just display a blank page ... Would not be very useful to you ...
The HTML code posted above is more useful I guess

(by the way, I report the bug but I'm not the user neither the server administrator ....)

A screen-shot can tell us which style was used for the backend (Sea Green or other).

As said first, I'm not the user neither the server administrator. I will suggest that to the final user. Thanks for your support !

The admin theme is Sea Green indeed. I've checked on the online demo and it works well. Do you think it could be a cache issue ?

As said before,I'm not the user neither the server administrator so I can't help you anymore. Enabling debug is too technic for the person whom I'm helping now.

I tested it on the online demo and it worked well. I guess you can close the issue.
