Summary10853: "no answer" option remains even if option "do not show "no answer"" is set
Description

Hello,
I'm using lime Version 2.50+ (Build 160218), a friend has recently hosted it on a shared hosting (OVH).

I've selected the option "do not show "no answer"" in the questionnaire menu ("presentation and navigation")

But despite this, the response modality "no answer" appears for compulsory questions. It is a big problem because these questions must be "compulsory" but without "no answer" option, cause they define if the respondent should or not participate (dropout).

Thank you (I need to solve this this week end and don't have time to install version 2.06 LTS)

Steps To Reproduce
  • import the group of questions (.lsg)
  • select option "do not show no answer modality" in the questionnaire menu ("presentation and navigation")
  • test it: the "no answer" option appears..

PLease note that this problem is observed for questions types "yes/no" (and perhaps others that I haven't tested yet. But for sure, it is not observed for questions "radio buttons" for exe).

In v160401 the decribed problem seems to be solved, but now the "no answer" doesn't even show when requested in the general settings.

Next time, please upload a complete survey instead of just a question group. We get problems with languages otherwise.
