Summary	10848: Can't edit quota
Description	The save button to edit quota won't work, when you press it nothing happen
Steps To Reproduce	insert new quota, the try to edit it (in my case i have tried to change the limit from 10 to 11)
Additional Information	OS: win 10 Browser_tested: Google Chrome/Firefox
